Yozhik is a Tokyo-based drone/ambient musician who composes using MTR, samplers, analog synthesizers, and guitar. Field recording is an integral part of his music. His music has a somewhat nostalgic, post-shoegaze sound, free from time and creating soundscapes that seem weightless. He likes his music experimental and compelling. He teaches music and philosophy to children and makes music at the rhythm of his own life. He runs the label “cassette vision”. a.k.a asasumi, TABION.
